The following is an impression of the programme. Because of the fact that we are a dynamic organisation it might alter each year. The 'programme parts' you see here are fixed parts so will come back during the camp in the upcoming years.

A substantial part of the daily programme is allocated to the workshops. In the past we have had a diverse and interesting collection of workshops. Previous workshops have included:

The workshops will take place during the morning; the number of participants in a workshop may vary. The workshops are always hosted by one or two facilitators or participants. Each workshop will have six or seven sessions during the camp, with an average duration of two hours per session. The workshops will be concluded by a presentation at the end of the camp, during the so-called "social evening".

Each camp has a particular overarching theme, which we will explore in various ways through discussions, games, workshops, and so on. During past camps we have had many different themes. Location

The campfee is based on the system of Purchasing Power Parity, but exceptions can be made in case of personal circumstances. If you have a problem paying the fee, please e-mail us. The campfee includes all meals and lodging and the complete camp program.

To participate in the IYCamp you have to agree with the conditions listed below. Without this agreement your application will not be accepted.

• The simple setting of the camp calls for some improvisation and teamwork of everyone.
• English will be the language during the camp; for everyone.
• We sleep in small tents, which you are supposed to bring with you.
• Everyone joins in with the programme.
• If you apply, it is for the whole duration of the camp: late arrival or early departure is not possible. However, you are welcome to stay a day longer, for example because of your travel date.
• Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.
• Boys and girls sleep separate.
• In case of serious disturbance we reserve the right to send you home.
• You are requested to arrange a travel- and health insurance for the period of the camp.

Payment conditions

• The campfee veries per nationality. For your campfee, go to campfee.
• Traveling fees are not included in the camp fee.
• Annulment for your application is possible till June 1^st with a charge of € 25,- administration fee. After this date you have to pay the whole camp fee or you will have to find somebody to replace your application.
• Payment can be done by bank transfer to our account or cash on the arrival day.
• Paying in three monthly periods is only possible from EU-countries and for applications send in before April 30.
• It is not possible to pay with cheques or creditcards.
